WLKP, or Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan Perusahaan, is an employment service on the kemnaker.go.id website providing company information. To update your company data in the Ministry of Manpower’s database, WLKP registration is mandatory.
Registering through WLKP automatically adds your company to the Ministry of Manpower’s database, improving government services related to employment for both individuals and organisations.
You might be wondering why employment reporting is so crucial. Here are the primary reasons why companies in Indonesia are required to submit these reports:
These reports empower the government to supervise and monitor employment conditions across Indonesian companies. This includes data on workforce numbers, wages, working conditions, and other aspects related to employee well-being.
The reports help ensure that companies comply with prevailing labor regulations, safeguarding employee rights. For instance, they verify that workers receive appropriate wages and operate in safe and healthy environments.
The information gathered from these reports is used by the government to formulate improved labour policies that align with actual conditions on the ground.

The company cannot hire TKA without a mandatory manpower report/WLK.
