The Single Entry Visa Extension should be submitted by your sponsor and a representative of the sponsor should process the extension.

You cannot switch from a Single Entry Visa to a Multiple Entry Visa while remaining in Indonesia. The regulations stipulate that visa types must be applied for from outside the country.
