Generally, yes. The Single Entry Pre-Investment Visa is designed to allow foreign investors to explore investment opportunities in Indonesia. It can typically be converted to a KITAS (specifically an Investor KITAS) once you’ve established your investment and met the necessary requirements.
This is a serious issue. A Single Entry Business Visa is for business activities like attending meetings, conferences, and negotiations.
It does not permit you to work or generate income in Indonesia.
To extend a Single Entry Pre-Investment Visa (C12) in Indonesia, one must submit an application to the Immigration Office. Alternatively, online applications may be submitted through evisa.imigrasi.com. Please be aware that several conditions precedent are required before initiating the process, making engagement with an immigration consultant highly advisable.
