Building Use Rights (Hak Guna Bangunan): This certificate grants the right to construct and own a building on land owned by the government or a private party. It is usually used for building use rights properties. Use Rights (Hak Guna Pakai): This certificate grants the right to use land owned by the state or a private party for a certain period. It is generally used for commercial and industrial purposes.
Leasehold Rights (Right of Lease): This certificate represents the right to rent a property from its owner for a specified period. A Certificate Renewal refers to the process of renewing or extending the validity period of certain types of certificates, such as Building Use Rights or Use Rights, which have a fixed validity period. The process and requirements for renewing such certificates may vary depending on local regulations and the type of certificate in question.
