The Exit Re-Entry Permit (ERP) is a critical immigration document for foreigners holding temporary stay permits (KITAS) or permanent residency (KITAP) in Indonesia.
It allows individuals to leave Indonesia temporarily and return within a specified period.
Foreigners with valid KITAS/ITAP planning to return after a short trip abroad must secure an ERP
*We would advise not leaving this requirement to the very last minute as the process takes approximately 3 – 5 working days. Once stamped you will have to leave the country within 5 days

An ERP’s validity period differs based on the applicant’s visa and personal circumstances. The permit’s validity can last anywhere from 30 days to a year, with some permitting multiple entries and exits.
