What is  and who is it for?

Indonesian passport holders can apply for a Long-Term Multiple Entry Visa to the UAE, allowing them to visit for various purposes, including tourism, family and friend visits, and business trips (without employment or financial compensation).

The visa must be used within 58 days from the date of issuance, as indicated on the document. Upon entry into Dubai, the visa is valid for multiple stays of up to 60 days per visit and can be extended twice, each for an additional 30 days.

Within the 5-year validity period, travellers can enter and exit Dubai multiple times. However, they must ensure their final departure from Dubai occurs on or before the 60th day of their latest entry to remain compliant with visa regulations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can tourists apply for a multiple-entry visit visa to travel to the UAE online for 90 days?

Yes. Tourists of eligible nationalities, including Indonesian passport holders, can apply online for a multiple-entry visit visa to travel to the UAE. The 90-day multiple-entry visa allows visitors to enter and exit the country multiple times within a 90-day window from the date of first entry. This visa is ideal for frequent travelers who plan to stay in the UAE for business, tourism, or visiting family. To simplify the process, trusted agencies like LMI Consultancy can assist applicants with online submission and documentation, reducing the need to visit the UAE Embassy directly.

What is the difference between an Entry Permit and a Tourist Visa in the United Arab Emirates, and how much does it cost in AED?

An Entry Permit is a pre-approval issued before arriving in the United Arab Emirates and is often used for employment, family visits, or longer stays. In contrast, a Tourist Visa is tailored specifically for short-term leisure visits. For a 90-day visa, the cost can vary depending on your nationality and service provider, but it typically ranges between AED 800 to AED 1,500. Some visa packages may also include a refundable security deposit, especially for first-time visitors or travelers from high-risk countries.

How do I apply for a UAE multiple entry visa and can I get this visa while I’m already in the UAE?

To apply for a UAE multiple entry visa, you must submit the required documents either through a licensed visa agency like LMI Consultancy or an official government portal. While it is possible to obtain this visa while you are in the UAE, the process may require an in-country visa change or exit-and-reentry depending on your current visa type. Always check with a trusted advisor to ensure compliance with local immigration rules.
