How to Apply for a Visa Taiwan from Indonesia

Requirements

  • Completed and signed visa application form (provided draft). For minors, signed by both parents.
  • Scanned passport valid for at least 6 months beyond intended arrival and old passport (if applicable). Original passport must include the information page, immigration stamps, and at least two blank visa pages.
  • Recent passport-sized photograph (4cm x 6cm) with a white background, taken within the last 3 months.
  • Scanned National ID Card, Family Card, and Birth Certificate. Non-Indonesians: Copy of residence permit in Indonesia (KITAS/KIMS/KITAP), valid for at least 3 months after intended departure from Taiwan.
  • Proof of Identity (documents issued within the last three months):
    • Employee: Original employment certificate.
    • Student: Student certificate.
    • Minor: Birth certificate and Letter of Consent.
    • Entrepreneur: Business license (SIUP).
